Using our knowledge in developing custom ranges, the team specialise in the bespoke manufacture of technical jackets, bespoke uniforms & custom leisurewear for national retailers. From bespoke packaging and swing tags to retail-ready solutions, the 7Active team will deliver an end-to-end solution.
Do you make recycled or sustainable uniforms?
7Active offers design, sourcing and manufacture of ethical clothing for sportswear, retail ranges and corporate uniforms.
For years, 7Active have focussed on new innovations using recycled plastic water bottles to create performance polyester fabrics. These can be used for t-shirts, polo shirts, a number of jacket weights as well as many more garments.
Recycled polyester fibres perform in the same way as conventional polyester, meaning they are sweat wicking to keep you dry and comfortable when you’re working out.
Can you make white label sportswear?
Our team are able to provide custom white label sportswear solutions in two distinct methods:
- Bespoke Manufacture: Unique products developed and manufactured from scratch, usually for sports brands and established retailers.
- Sublimation Sportswear: Using our high-performance quality fabric in set patterns and designs, we’re able to create white label sportswear with premium sublimation printing.
What are your minimum order quantities and lead times?
- Bespoke Manufacture: Unique products developed and manufactured from scratch, usually for sports brands and established retailers. These items have higher minimum order quantities and longer lead times due to the bespoke nature of the development, which includes our 3-Step Sample Process to ensure your garments are correct agains the initial brief.
- Sublimation Sportswear: Using our high-performance quality fabric in set patterns and designs, we’re able to create white label sportswear with premium sublimation printing. Usually used by branding agencies and independents working on behalf of local sports clubs, the turnaround time for a project of this nature is rapid and promises custom designed sportswear that satisfies every need.
Sampling, quality and ethics
How does your order process work?
Our trusted 3-step sampling process ensures that each individual element is approved in writing before moving to the next step of manufacture.
- Once designs are confirmed, industry tech packs are created by our garment technologists.
- Fit samples and size sets are created to confirm the sizing and function of the garments.
- Lab dips, trim and feature strike off are sent for approval: first offs, then from bulk.
- A final ‘Red Seal Sample’ is made using approved components, before bulk manufacture.
How do you check quality?
Our trusted 3-step sampling process ensures that each individual element is approved in writing before moving to the next step of manufacture.
This means we check the fit, sizing, fabrics and trims prior to making the bulk order. As well as this, we use independent quality auditors such as Intertek to confirm the garments are of retail quality.
Where are your factories?
- Turkey: Our Turkish factory specialises in cotton garments such as T shirts and sweatshirts.
- China: We work with a number of audited factories in The Far East, specialising in performance wear including sublimated sportswear, wovens, knitted garments and accessories such as hats and bags. Particular strengths include weatherproofed jackets.
- UK: Our headquarters is based in Worcestershire. We have access to screen printing and embroidery factories which offer a quick turnaround using stock garments.
Are your factories audited?
Maintaining close links with a select number of factories globally ensures we can monitor closely for ethical and quality purposes. All of our factories are fully audited, and we hold a SEDEX membership for responsible sourcing.
7Active are strong advocates of ethical sourcing, and have a full suite of documentation available around the Modern Slavery Act and our full Ethical Brand Policy.
Online ordering
Can you run an online shop for our uniforms?
7Active are able to develop ecommerce solutions built around the needs of your business, with integration, analytics and accurate, real-time stock levels at the heart of the build.
With our market-leading solution, we are able to store and fulfil items directly from our warehouse, no matter the volume. This ensures your range is stocked, sold & distributed from one source. We’ll even deal with returns.
Ordering and payment
What are your payment terms?
Payment terms depend on the contract.
Will I receive the exact quantity I order?
Every endeavour will be made to deliver the correct quantity but deliveries are conditional on customers accepting a margin of 5% on over/under delivery; with invoices charged accordingly.
How quickly will you reply to an enquiry?
